By accessing or using BattlecardAI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

BattlecardAI is a competitive intelligence platform that generates weekly battlecards from publicly available customer reviews on platforms such as G2, Capterra, and Trustpilot. The service is provided on a subscription basis.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Subscription and Payment

BattlecardAI is offered at $59/month with a 7-day free trial. Your subscription will automatically renew each billing cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the service
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense battlecard content to third parties
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from BattlecardAI

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and technology within BattlecardAI are owned by us. Battlecards generated for your account may be used internally by your organization. Customer review excerpts included in battlecards are sourced from publicly available platforms.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

BattlecardAI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the competitive intelligence provided. Battlecards are generated from publicly available data and should be used as one input among many in your decision-making.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BattlecardAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
